  • Leans more in the “serious rosé” direction than patio quaffer. Pretty concentrated red fruit, sharp acidity, and very clear tannins making this almost drink like a clarete/light red wine. If it were served to me at cellar temp while wearing a blindfold, I might even think it was a very light Pinot. Bright red fruit, juicy, potent, with a nice stony undercurrent. This is a great food rosé, and seems to pair with many different dishes. Would be interested to cellar some of this and revisit it in a few years.

  • Very pale pink; subtle strawberries, graceful; clean, sappy, sleek, dry, 'minerally'; finishes elegantly. Long.
