  Surprisingly complex and smooth, had a slight fruit but still v dry. It was a fantastic accompaniment to a grilled piece of fish and caponata

  Medium body, pale golden colour. Intense aroma of tropical and melon field’s fruits with flowers and grassy background. Creamy peach and melon palate following by nutty finish of gentle acidity. Soft but crisp and refreshing, a bit alcoholic but complex and not loses balance. Food friendly, well pairing to Mediterranean salad and blue cheeses. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Open a few minutes ahead. Drink now.
