  • Nasal:
Spice, black fruits, blackberry, smells a bit sweet or artificial like fruit juice. Lacking depth, and not very interesting in the nose, but classic and pleasant.

    Palate:
Immediately hit by the acid. The alcohol burn is also very noticeable. It feels a watery in the mouth. The tannins are present, but can he forgotten due to the noticeable alcohol. It does not last long in the mouth, but leaves a bitter taste.

    Conclusion:
Ate it with truffle pate. The wine highlighted the truffle, exactly because it lacked the depth, but had the classic traits.
