  Medium-deep reddish garnet in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, herbs, leather, spices, minerals & hints of balsamic & cedar notes in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, mulberries & plums with earthy notes, spices, herbs & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but should develop further with additional aging.

  A good Brunello. Red cherries, lingonberry, cedar wood and leather. Still very young, I'll probably wait a few years before opening the next one of this vintage.
