  Very burgundian style gamay, but I'm not sure it really works. The oak treatment is very prominent now, but it seems to me like when the oak settles down with age there's not going to be enough fruit and structure remaining to leave an enjoyable wine. Could be wrong but I'm skeptical about this bottle.

  Clear, medium ruby colour. Clean, med+ intense aromas of sweet and fleshy cherries, raspberries, strawberries, cream, blackcurrant leaf and just hints of rhubarb and redcurrant. Youthful and just pure hedonism.
  Dry, med+ acidity, medium bodied, med÷ smooth and ripe tannins and medium alcohol. Med+ intense flavours of cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrant leaf, cream, chalk and toast. Medium finish. Such a joy to drink!
