  Mittelkräftige Farbe. Intensive Nase, staubige Noten, Kräuter, Tee, mineralische Untertöne. Im Gaumen klar und rein wie ein Bergbach, knackige Frucht, merklich Struktur, der Wein zeigt Rasse und Präzision, hallt lange nach. Spielt eine Klasse über seiner Appellation. 2024-2036.

  Merchant walkabout tasting of the 2021 burgundy vintage in bottle. I really liked this vintage, the wines were showing well. It is lighter and crisper than the 2020, more open at this stage and easier to drink, but there is no under-ripeness. Comparing it to recent vintages, I see it as a slightly cooler version of 2017. TN: Structured palte, dense, deep. Very good for its level indeed. 92+
