  Pale appearance, generous aroma, giving off scents of green pear skins, melon and stones, medium to full bodied, generous on the palate as well, revealing layers of green apple, more orchid fruit, chamomile, lime and mineral flavors, perfect acid balance, opens up with air, serious but giving, structured and classy, will reward the patient, this producer is getting popular
