  • Had with Kaiseki dinner at a ryokan, Yurian.

First whiff. Fresh lemon, green apples followed by light brioche. It’s a sophisticated nose with tons of complexity. Then comes baked apple pie and asian pear. The taste is am immense zesty mineral punch with lasting acidity. Again with lemon and green apples that continues to evolve over time.

First experience with Agrapart. This is a great bottle. Note to self: Buy again.
