Gorgeous nose of red candied strawberry, spice, subtle licorice. Palate just a masterclass is what Grenache should be. Wild strawberry, a pile of gorgeous flinty minerality. Slightly savory finish, nice structure between tannin and acid. No semblance of oak anywhere on this wine. Light bodied but tons of depth and power.
I'm 92-93 on this. So much grenache these days is gloopy, oaky, blah. This grenache is pure, crystalline, and lean.

Everything grenache should be but often is not (here's looking at you most of CdP).
Light, airy, and perfumed, yet also quite serious - mineral driven with delicious crunchy red fruit, herbs, rose hips, and a focused and tensile finish. Not a trace of heat on this. The higher elevation and granite soils are a perfect complement for this varietal and help bring out the best in it. Should age gracefully but also very enjoyable now. Outstanding QPR, and I am likely being conservative on my score.

Just phenomenal. Agree with prior note.
