Excellent QPR at $25 from auction. Leans more to mango and peach than other Pahlmeyers. Nice acidity and balance with just the right amount of toasted oak. Best paired with less delicate dishes.

Nice balance, softness to the tropical fruits. Could be the age or the style, but found this to not be an over Oakes, overly buttery Chardonnay. Quite nice.

Excellent accompaniment to Cathy's chicken veloute dish. Wish I had bought more. Side note: Just Googled veloute and learned this is one of the five "mother" sauces of classical cuisine. All I know is that this is one of my all-time favorite Cathy dishes

Wonderful bottle of wine, not as intense as it's namesake but still very strong in flavor and long in duration. It is light, letting the citrus and and mineral nose and flavor come through, the acid is balanced well and gives good brightness, structure and medium body.
