Served alongside Selosse Initial, which was an interesting comparison. This was very fresh and clean in style, brioche, lemon, cream, fine mousse. Really an excellent wine.

BYOB dinner and then some; 2/1/2024-2/2/2024 (Avalon, Amsterdam): [Tasted blind] Tasted alongside with the Initial from Selosse. Not as broad and rich (and oxidative) as the Selosse, much leaner and elegant, very good in its own way. Yeasty, brioche, citrus, nutty. Medium+ acidity, long finish 92-94
2655 bottles produced (BdB), dosage 1,5 g/l, degorgement 2/‘23
