  90% assyrtiko and the rest athiri and Aidani. Cool harvest fully ripened grapes and fermented in 2-3rd use 500l barrers and stays in them 3m. Soft kiss of oaky dynamic on the nose but soft, young still but a lot more polished on the palate too and the acids are firm but round and less aggressive . Stone fruits , minerality, less flinty, soft kiss of citrus. A we’ll round expression of the noble grape as is the type of what was once might harvested ( hence the name) . Good wine and great value and an easy 89-90 for now.
