From Peay website: “…seductive and captivating strawberry rhubarb, lavender, and cherry fruit aromas that leap from the glass. These fruit and floral notes are echoed on the palate framed by mineral/ink and spice flavors finishing with silky tannins and fresh, energetic acidity. This is a graceful, seamless wine full of pleasure.” Only point to add is that it’s very young and upon drinking we felt the level of tannins indicate that, with cellar aging, this Pinot will be outstanding in ~5 years. This the lower score. I will revise if warranted when we taste in the future after some aging.
Jeb Dunnuck: 97 pts. The palate is full-bodied with great structure.
Vinous/Galloni: 95 pts. The 2021 is lights out.
