Elegant, light on its feet, crisp with high acid. Don't drink this too cold or it will taste like diluted wine. No colder than 45 degrees so you can taste the nuanced layers.

Dialed in, with loads of ripe fruit balanced by lively acidity and hints of sea salt. Meyer lemon, pineapple, and Bartlett pear notes coalesce, and a skosh of oak rounds it out. Another winning Chardonnay from Ramey.

We’ve been enjoying Ramey for many years and their wines have been highly consistent and always very approachable. The ‘21 Russian River Valley is no exception - it is a very nice Chardonnay that drinks well now but it will improve over the next couple of years. Mild oak and medium acidity, lots of lemon and citrus and a smooth finish. Tonight I decanted for about a half hour and it went really well with a roast chicken and would be fine with any fish or poultry, or even with a nice cheese and fruit plate.

Tasted over 2 days, far better on day 2. Rich, creamy, buttery, yet vibrant, fine acidity. Great harmony here.

Notes of lime zest, toasted almond, and creamy lemon curd. Really nice, and at a reasonable price.
