  • Only 2.500 bottles a 0.5l production. The grape is called 'Malvasia'. Grown very close to the sea on sandy soil. Hard to find outside of Portugal. We had it at the Restaurante Adraga, Colares. From memory:

Medium body, fresh and mineral taste, straight running, salinity, wonderful balance, perfect match to our delicious pulpo salad. Strongly recommend, if in the area definitely try it!
