Superb matured Champagne. Opened with a quiet sigh. Great mature nose of creme brulee, forest floor, and acorn soup (weird I know). Heavy bodied, still good acidity. Taste was all you want from a mature champagne. Bread, white fruits, cream, caramel. Just really nice. Slight lack of mineral notes. But overall a great wine.

Have matured with proudness. On the nose you will find fudge and well developed aromas. Small bubbles and a golden colour. creme brulee, Nuts and Fudge. A good lenght but with a hint of bitter almond in the finish. Always nice to have wines with some years in the bottle.

New Year's Eve Dinner (Casa GolferChris): Excellent depth and complexity. Vanilla, fresh baked bread and honey on the nose. Good acidity, with flavors of fresh baked french bread, vanilla, and mineral water. Very likeable and much better than '92 version at this time.

Nice oxidized flavors, caramel, apples, soft bubbles, still good cut.
