Tasted semi-blind. Pale ruby color. Herbal on the nose, with some noticeable heat. After two hours in the decanter it really came alive with pleasant aromas and flavors - grilled herbs, almost umami-like. Med-light body and fruit was a bit diluted. Disappointingly short finish. Will pair with a wide range of food (we had it with roast chicken). Would be a good bottle to bring to a low-key dinner party.
