  • Big and Bold and bursting with unapologetic greatness!! The future of WA ST wine looks extremely promising. The nose is pure with a heavyweight battle between wild berry and a mineral tension that makes this wine very interesting. On the palate this is a beast, but in the best way possible, as a tug-of-war between fruit and tannin continues through the long finish. Tannins are ripe an fine grained. Cassis makes an appearance with air drawn across the palate and the nose gives up some tobacco. Glad I tried it even though way too early. 98+ but in a few years and we may be looking at 100. May already be that.
