  medium ruby clear colour with strawberry reflexes. nose: ripe strawberries plus some from the pan some red plums; tobacco and some sweetness and earthy aromas; good and balanced. taste: high acidity, medium body; pinchy good quality tannins - maybe could be more riper; strawberries, red plums, sweet spice, licorice. good balance - fruit/acid/tannins. medium finish - very pleasant
