Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Rose petals and black earth greet the nose. There’s some root vegetables and smoke too. It is full and complete in the mouth, with perfect interplay between sweet vinous things and earthy nuance. Acidity is moderate and the finish has some tart fruit freshness. One of the chaps at our lunch mentioned that it was changing in the glass. The response from another at the table was ‘yeah, the level’s going down’.
