So silky, delicate and fragrant, whole bunch in its most refined rendition, sweet crushed red berries and rose hips, flowers and cool minerals, hints of spice and undergrowth, hint of black tea delivers contrast and papery bitters, long and dreamy finish. There is real elegance and finesse here, it is just so pure and flowing. Incredibly moreish. My final bottle, alas.

Blinded. What a coincidence when it was eventually unveiled. I was just looking/searching for Dandelion wines (to buy/try) when this turned up at our dinner! Attractive aromas (to me), in the whole-bunch, nature-ish style done right - roses, violets, cherries mixed with incense, this was outright beautiful. Tasty, elegant, fresh, with more cherries on the palate. This was lovely. Can't wait to try another of Dandelion's wines again!

Absolutely delightful, an infusion of Pinot Noir "entre rouge et rosé", mild reduction recedes after decanting, hint of green tea, flowers (roses, violets) and fruit (peach, bergamot, spiced strawberry, red cherry), gentle and supple palate, energetic and minerally, light tannins, finish displays good resonance and length, hint of green apple. Easy but serious and complex. Quite unique.

Very natural. Light with a strong hamster cage flavour. Hoppy too like an IPA. Not for me. It was a bit better on day 2 as the hamster’s had cleaned their cage up a bit. 2

Day 1: very lightweight, faint red fruits, and seemingly minimal complexity, if any. Easy drinking red.
Day 3: slight improvement.
