Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): Slightly dilute, meaty, earthy, touch of forest floor, black over red berry fruit. Nice nose. Juicy, slightly dilute on the palate as well, similar fruit profile with integrated talc textured tannins are drying, fleshy, time. Nice.
