  Hochkomplex und sehr fruchtferne Nase, ganz vielschichtig und sehr herausfordernd. Im Mund dann ein fantstisches Spiel, ein bisschen Zucker stellt sich der stahligen Säure entgegen aber gänzlich ohne Süße. Steinobst, Mineralik ohne Ende, zeigt ganz viel Komplexität und Rauch. Sehr, sehr lang. Großer Wein, den nur in kleinen Schlucken genossen werden will.

  In der Nase ist das sehr steinig, trotzdem sehr reif und gelb steinfruchtig, dazu gibt es Tabak, etwas Zitronenmelisse, weiße Champignons.
  
  Am Gaumen recht resche Säure, das ist schon wirklich fordernd. Ich mag das, und dazu marmoriert das eine recht dunkle, feinschmirgelnde Mineralik und hat auch hier eine recht intensive, fast etwas pfefrige Pikanz.
  
  Im Abgang ist das fordernd, pikant, lang und macht einfach reichlich Spaß. Das hat wirklich Griff und bleibt haften.
  
  Klasse.
  
  Der Wein verschließt sich am zweiten Tag deutlich.

  Threw me off a bit, until I realized that this classifies as semisweet. 7 hrs open bottle in the fridge. Still strongish petrol nose, otherwise would have been 93. Rich and a bit salty on the palette, acid on the background. My only bottle, sadly, but will get better with time. My personal experience is that these GGs should either be drunk soon after release or a decade later.

  淡柠檬色，闻香有茉莉花一类白花香气，青草，青柠，明显的煤油一类的矿物质气息，入口高酸，酒液咸，矿物感突出，收口微甜，以花香调为主，带着柠檬和柑橘的果香，后段辛辣，有植物的微苦，在残糖的口感中收尾。结构不小，酸度坚挺，口感紧实，集中度漂亮，摆脱了产区很多以果味为主的风格，展现出更多结构和深度上的东西，让人眼前一亮。年轻，强健，还有很长的陈年潜力。
