Pale light straw in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of grapefruit, lemons/limes & apples with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, minerals, wet stones & lemongrass in the background. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of lemons & limes, white grapefruit & tart green apples, with lemongrass, stony & minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but may benefit from an additional year or two of further aging.
