  Often compared to Cayuse, this is virtually perfect Rocks Syrah at a much lower price. Nose: Lots of red and dark fruits in the nose. Definitely a hint of the barnyard Rocks Funk. Taste: Dark fruit, smokiness and Rocks District funk. Tannins blend nicely into the overall taste. Wife stated it is the most full bodied Syrah she has consumed. Proper is my favorite Washington wine label - after tasting across five other labels, this was the clear #1.
