Bright and beautiful, Strawberry Fields, very Chambolle-like character, green herbs, sweet fruit, en danseuse. Tasted over three days, remains in good form. #podcast

Njord is once again by far the best Danish wine I have had. Very charming strawberry, raspberry and slight smoke or licquorice (my wife said pepper, which I don’t fully agree with, but I think we were thing of the same thing). A bit of rose petals as well.
Quite light on the palate with 11,5%, but not anaemic or diluted. Doesn’t have all that much structure and falls apart a bit after an hour, but just drink it up before then and you will thing you are drinking a cool high-acidity fruit driven spatburgunder og Chambolle Musigny of very good quality.

Two days in a row with Njord - not bad. More or less the same notes as the other one. Light and fresh strawberries, rhubarb, flowers and some green notes. Slightly behind Terrassen 2020 but only slightly. Perhaps let it rest for a year or two?
