Pnp, at restaurant. Some bricking noted. Fresh on nose and palate with upfront red and black fruits. Good acidity. Good with food. Medium bodied. In a good place tonight and still alive albeit demure on night four at home. Lots of sediment.

Sort of an experiment to keep some bottles back to see how well this ages. Overall, its doing pretty well. Interestingly it changed quite a bit within 4-5 hours of opening. Seemed much fresher, riper, with some big black fruit on opening. But then became funky, almost oxidized in aroma some 4 or 5 hours later. Still held up well, but would suggest pop and pour.

Well this one has turned a corner, and definitely for the better. Beautiful fragrant and spicy black fruit aromas. Some licorice and vanilla in the mix. Palate is bold on fruit, a touch heady and spicy, and the acidity is refreshing, which makes it a very easy drinking and mouthfilling wine right now. Slipped down delightfully.

A bit rough. Slight bitter finish. Perhaps still a bit young.
