Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): Single Vineyard, 75% Assyrtiko 25% Lagorthi, 780-880m altitude, sandy clay soil, 6 hour skin contact, new oak fermentation, 6-7 months on lees in new oak, 12500 bottles, 12.50% -/- Full on oaky in the nose, nutty but not so much buttery, the fruit lies in the back, sweet spice notes Palate with the same flavors, no fruit, oak dominated, sweet notes, vanilla, lacks mid palate, some bitter notes in the med finish

Full on oaky in the nose, nutty but not so much buttery, the fruit lies in the back, sweet spice notes
