  • Tasting immediately upon release. It's young, But surprisingly approachable considering.

It has a really perfect color and extraction level for a classical Pinot Noir. A beautiful ruby color with excellent clarity and medium transparency.

Right now it's showing a very medium spectrum of cherry fruit and some hints of baking spice lurking in the shadows.

The attack, mid pallet, and finish are all very full and lingering. The structure is impeccable. There are absolutely no perceptible faults with this wine. The 2022 will be yet another superb vintage of this reliable and iconic Oregon wine. Buy with confidence! Drink anytime you like. It's perfectly approachable right now. Obviously it will gain a lot of interest over the next couple years and the structure is solid enough to lay down for many more years further.
