Leaning more toward CA style chard, but with plenty of Burgundy influence. Rich and fruity, modest minerality, enough acidity to round it all out. A steal at under $20.

On the nose, ripe mellon, citrus and even a hint of mandarin orange. Flavors of pear with citrus, mellon, pineapple and even some coconut on the mid-palette. Finishes with nice acidity and spice. A nice rich mouthfeel.

N. Rosenthal Wine Merchant Old World Trade Tasting (Elysian Hotel - Chicago, IL): Showing very well. Expressive earth with lively honey drenched fruit. Again great acidity on the back end.
