Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Round fruit. Not exciting. No tension. Lots of oak.
Lots of alcoholic heat on nose.
    Ripe with herbs.
Tannins not too intrusive but present.
No balance - drinks more than 13.5%. Quite disappointing actually.
Very different from Vina Pecina from same vintage which was also underwhelming and opposite in character being very austere. Let's see how the remaining 4 villages fare in the coming months.
It is okay in the realm of sub £10 from supermarket but not what I expect from Telmo Rodriguez.
    From The Sourcing Table.
