  • (WSET4 tasting note)

    Appearence: clear, medium lemon
Nose: Clean, medium+ intense. Lemon, elderflower, ripe yellow apple, forest floor, hay.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ intense, long finish.
Mango, melon, wetstone, grapefruit, orange peel.

This is a very good quality wine, with well presented primary fruits; however the grapefruit overwhelms, leaving the wine sligthly out of balance and thus missing an outstanding mark.
Suitable for bottle ageing; with the primary fruits and acidity present, this wine is likely to develop well.
