Muted nose. Gentle swirvl brings out bright acidity. Mouthwatering minerality. Obviously very young, but such a pleasure to drink it. Pair it with delicate and light dishes.

On the softer and rounder side, but just a lovely Chablis. Delicate but persistent, very well balanced, excellent length. Grows on you. It's qualities come out especially well with food. Held up very well to asparagus with mushrooms, chicken dumplings and an Udon soup.

Wine Spectator Grand Tour - Las Vegas: Aromas of ash & stone, lemon zest, oyster shell. Plump fruit up front, with nice purity. Secondary mineral and spice. Finishes with broad notes of zesty spice. Very nice.

Pale straw yellow colour. Flowers, minerals, lime and green apples with hints of oak on the nose. Taste of flowers, citrus, nuts and minerals. Long and dry finish. A good Chablis that goes well with shellfish or seafood.

Brought to a restaurant, shared with friends, no formal notes.
Sea spray, match flint (soon dissipated), wet rocks, mineral streak, good levels of acids. No sign of fading. Very nice!
