Plum Market Luxury Tasting (Bad Hunter - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting, brief note. The richness of the vintage comes through, as does good 1er Cru concentration, but Chablis textural character only emerges on the very finish. Certainly good to enjoy over the next 5-8 years.

Plum Market Spring Wine Extravaganza (Chicago, IL): Somewhat non-Chablis-like, lacking a lot of the mineral cut and acidity. The chardonnay character is here, but shows a little more pineapple and tropical than I'm accustomed to in Chablis.

Wow tout simplement un excellent produit typique de Chablis. Long en bouche, généreux en arômes et balancé. Encore bon à vieillir plusieurs années

Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Burgundy (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. On the rich side for Chablis, this comes across as ripe on nose and palate (to start). Brighter from middle through finish, with good acidity and minerality coming through, while still ripe. Good weight and length with 1er Cru density.
