Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Tasted blind. Clear, pale golden color. Way more expressive nose than the Raveneau: Reductive, some oak, lime and flint. Love it. On the palate not as elegant, precise and long as the Raveneau, but nevertheless nice. Fine herbs, lean, mineral. Solid Chablis with some ageing potential. 89-90
