Coravin. Between red and brick red with slightly burnt edges. Bouquet of plumbs, leather, dried fruit, molasses, caramel, cherries. Very smooth wine with subtle tannins and light acidity. After sitting for 6 hours: oak is now noticeable, very pronounced dark soil, earthy, green pepper. Very elegant and not overpowering. Tannins are soft. The finish is a bit short. Very enjoyable with Tuscan bean soup.
