  From the high acid vintage 2021, it features 12 g/l residual sugar to balance the elevated 7,5 g/l acidity. Flowery, aromatic nose, opulent yet very fresh. Tropical fruits meet a touch of caramel oak. Light on its feet but big in flavour. Just a bit of sweetness. Remarkable intensity, outstanding aftertaste. This has impact and it’s quite delicious. Perhaps needs a bit of time to really come together.
