  Pale & light straw in color. Full, fragrant & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, stone fruit & tropical fruits with overtones of floral notes & minerals, stony & a slight hint of beeswax. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & zesty textured, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of limes, green apples & stone fruit & stony/mineral notes. Long lingering finish. Drinks well at present although it may develop further with a year or two of additional aging.
