  • Made from a single varietal of Blaufrankisch, fermented with indigenous yeast, aged for 24 months in large and old oak barrels, no filtration or fining, no sulphur added. Deep ruby colour. Intense perfumed aroma of blackcurrants, blueberries, herbs, licorice, bark, spices, pepper. Medium+ body, deep and intense, fresh black fruits on palate along herbs and chocolate notes, serious tannic structure, long herbal finish.
