    White flowers, lemons, grapefruit, green apples, vanilla, and a hint of white peach create the complex aromatic profile. Sweet, fresh, and vibrant, the wine displays its core of yellow citrus, with its salty, white peach accent the palate with ease. The wine is close to 100% whole bunch fermented, and aged in a combination of new, and used French oak barrels, amphora, and finished in stainless steel vats. The wine is always produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 13.5% ABV 3.06 pH. Drink from 2025-2034. 92 Pts.
