Long, balanced and concentrated. Great wine that needs more time. In a way it is almost to "perfectly" made, and it lacks some of the wow factor of the Boxler it was compared against.   Dette er en av de beste hvite rieslingene jeg har smakt. Har nå kost meg med ca 10 flasker og må si at ALLE som èn har vært en stor nytelse. Stor smak er stikkord...frisk med en anelse sitrus og masse mineraler.
  
  Vi har brukt denne til alt fra fisk til skalldyr og denne går til det meste!
