Holy crikey, this has some crazy honeycomb aromas and flavors that are matched by lovely minerality. The toasy creme brulée flavors are almost too much but really, I could keep drinking this.

Nice brioche and green apple flavors in a creamy style (agree with R. Faulkner on this). Drinking very well now but could probably short-term age. If I owned these the odds of them aging would be slim because they wouldn't last long.

Russell's Pebbles Fizz Offline (Alex's office, near Old Street tube): Mature, medicinal, toffee-apple sweetness on the palate, a bit edgy - not convincing

Russell's Pebbles Fizz Offline (Alex's DML Office): Some spice on the nose, quite rich and oxidative. A bit clipped on the mid-palate but round, quite rich and decent length. A good food wine. ***

Off bottle that appeared to have oxidized due to its dark gold color. Raisiny flavors and nose. Not pleasant.
