Decanted for 1 hour. This cuvee is one step above the Les Moriers and stays 11 months in barrels. On the first day, it was very closed even being decanted for 1 hour, but it was capable of showing some blackcurrant and floral scents. A bit thin, low astringency, a bit alcoholic but elegant. It paired very well with lamb steak. On the second day, it really opened up and start showing very ripe red fruits. The floral components are much more present now...you can really feel the aromas and certain sweetness on nose and palate...really nice. Much better than the 1st day. I think this wine is too young now and deserves to rest for at least 2 or 3 years more. The producer says it can be held up to 2018...who knows. Anyway, if you want to drink it now, I strongly suggest you to decant it for about 3 hours. Totally recommended!
