Shimmering gold in color. 14.2% ABV. Gorgeous nose of honey, lemon and hazlenuts. Rich and oily on the palate. Wonderful mouth feel. Flavors of lemon meringue, lime and honeysuckle. The finish is long and spicy. Absolutely stunning Chardonnay. Aging beautifully. Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.
Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of creme, a little hazelnut, yellow pears and yellow apples. Flavors of yellow pears, a dash of lemon, a little vanilla and some yellow apples to wrap up. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. I'd drink. No sense in waiting in my book. In a good place.

Popped and poured; light greenish gold. Oak and citrus on the nose; medium weight and very clean on the palate with oak echoing on the finish. Does soften and develop more depth but he oak still intrudes on the finish.

Pale lemon yellow color. Aromas of lemon, lime, vanilla, toasted nuts, and pineapple. Palate is tart and oaky, with lemon, vanilla, toasted nuts, white peach, and a heavy wood note on a medium-long finish. Some lime and mineral notes lurk under the oak, but it covers them up and prevents this from being brilliant. Structure and stuffing are right here; oak overdone at this point for my tastes. There are no signs of oxidation present, so this may develop further if it can figure out how to fit the oak into the flavor picture better. Drink or hold.

Clear yellow with a greenish tinge, potent apple and lemon aromas, full bodied, good acidity and a bit too much oak. Long finish with oak.
