A bit dissapointing - it was excellent, but did not stand up to the other wines at the meal (Katzrin, Forest, Brobdingnanian) or the Lamb we were having. Clearly Syrah vs. Shiraz, with a distinct "dusty" pallate, and mutued fruits on a loing finish. Drink now

Excellent, full bodied, refined Syrah. Definitly more rhone valley than Australia - old world charm here through and through. Red fruits on the nose and pallete, with a very long and interesting finish

Red/purple in color. A wonderful dusty nose of fresh forest fruit. A powerful attack of plum and berries on opening followed by a hint of smoky oak, forest floor/earth, spicy pepper and a rhubarb/lemony acidity leading to a yeasty, mouth drying finish with some sage. Only one hundred cases made by this small winery, and easily in the same league as many other fruit-forward Israeli Syrahs (Yatir, Galil Mountain "Yiron", etc.). Great, but maybe not very original, if you had to bring up one "negative" for this wine.

Excellent, silky smooth, deep purple, with well integrated tannins and wood.
Dark fruits, a little dust/earth on the pallette. VERY enjoyable.
