Hmm, we had this at a dinner last night with the 2006. The 2006 is noticeably superior in flavor and richness. Not that the 2005 was not very good, but the flavors seemed a bit muddled in comparison. It is probably time to drink the last bottle, but then it could be just going through a phase, as pinot often does.

Pinot Days Chicago (Navy Pier, Chicago): Opens with notes of herbs and spice. Soft, but noticeable tannins, with dark fruit and spice flavors.
