(Verget Saint Veran Les Chataigniers) #2; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-a roasted marshmallow component; a little apple; hint of blue stone minerality; TASTE-this wine has chops; big complexity on the mid-palate; it completely attacked my palate; pelted me with 75 Granny Smith apples; the acidity on this wine is SPECTACULAR; very sharp & acidic Chardonnay; extremely food friendly (great w/ fish & fowl); this will last a good 3-5 years, but is drinking really great right now; a focused and high acid Chardonnay;; JR-90; GV-90

Citrus and white fruit with mineral notes, nice finish. A nice clean white Burgundy, good value.
