On day one, crushed blackberries, baking spices and a hint of bramble hit the nose, with Bing cherry and dried herbs showing up in the long, velvety, filling mouth. It's equally velvety on day two, but the blackberry aromas have been stitched into something deeper, subtler, more savory, but equally intoxicating. What a great find!
