Plenty going on. Lime brulee, custard apple and flint. Rich and textural, the perfect amount of sweetness balanced by mineral acidity. Rich and long and delicious.

Drank at Red Plum with sushi for D's bday. Cork was a bit mottled, and the wine seemed slightly flat. Lots of sweet apricots here, very long finish. A bit short on acidity though

Very fine now, sugary flavors have abated and the whole flavor gestalt hangs from a spider's thread of tensile acidity. Quite an achievement. Drink now, but, I think, no rush.
