  • New Visit to Territorio Era Bar (Barra Territorio Era - Madrid): Served by the glass. Dated 2008. What time does in wine, including the fortified ones. Cloudy. Smelling at first of tire that is transformed into an umami sensation with aromas of nuts and dates. In mouth it has an adjusted length but I prefer to consider its kindness and docility. Worths every penny with age.

  • Sherry-Tasting in May 2014, Wine 3 (non-blind). The sherry was pale golden in colour and offered apple, peach, orange marmalade, hazelnut, brown butter and mild spiciness on the nose. On the palate the sherry showed apple, orange peel, nutty notes, almond and Maggi seasoning sauce, paired with mild spiciness and mild saltiness, medium to medium-plus acidity and good length. The medium- to full-bodied, medium-complex Manzanilla was well-balanced and drank well. 88+

  • Very light; sharp and not very salty; Bitter finish. Without doubt, manzanilla for novices.
